What is roll threading and why is it better than cut threading?
Roll threading cold-forms the thread into the steel rather than cutting it away. It produces a stronger, smoother, more accurate thread with a better fatigue life, which is why we use it for bolts, studs and bracing rods.
Can you machine custom sizes or one-off components?
Yes. Custom sizes and one-off specifications are our specialty. Send us your drawing, size and material grade and we will machine to your exact requirements — small runs and large production runs are both welcome.
Do you machine to Australian standards?
Yes. We manufacture to AS/NZ standards under our ISO 9001 quality management system, working from engineer and architect drawings in PDF, DWG and DXF formats.
