How to order custom U-bolts
To quote your U-bolts we need the inside width, inside leg length, bar diameter, thread length and finish (galvanised, zinc plated or plain). Send those sizes — or a drawing — and we will manufacture to them.

What is the difference between hot bent and cold bent U-bolts?
Cold bending suits most standard sizes and keeps material properties intact; hot bending is used for larger diameters or tighter radii where cold bending would crack or distort the steel. We choose the right method for your size and grade.

Yes. All our U-bolts are custom made to order — inside width, leg length, diameter, thread length and finish are all manufactured to your specification.
